First clean the fish (we have use small) under running tap water
Make it completely dry otherwise while frying it will start crackling
Mix all the ingredients ( expect mustard oil) for marination of the fish
Coat the fish very well with the marination for 15 mins
Pre heat the mustard oil on a high flame ( take a heavy bottom utensil)
Gently keep placing the fish on the heated oil , after 2mins cook in low to medium flame( to avoid the fish to stick at the bottom use rice flour 2 tsp while marinating the fish)
